Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Qianyun Capital handles Google user data when authorised internal users operate Amazon Customer Service Sync.
Who may use the application
The application is a private operational tool for authorised Qianyun Capital personnel and specifically approved users. It is not offered as a public consumer service.
Google data we access
After an authorised user grants permission, the application may read Gmail data required for the customer-service workflow, including message headers and bodies, sender and recipient information, dates, Gmail message and thread identifiers, labels, attachment metadata and order references present in relevant messages.
How we use Google data
- Identify relevant customer-service email and exclude unrelated or unsafe content.
- Build a conversation timeline and determine the reply status of the latest valid customer message.
- Prepare case information and reply candidates for review by an authorised operator.
- Maintain deduplication, audit and synchronisation state needed to operate the workflow safely.
Gmail access alone does not cause an automatic customer reply. Sending requires separate human review, explicit approval and a separate instructed sending step.
Sharing and transfer
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it for unrelated purposes. Data may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the authorised workflow, such as Google services and secured infrastructure providers, subject to appropriate access controls and only for the stated purpose.
Storage, security and retention
Access is limited to authorised personnel and protected systems. Credentials and OAuth tokens are not placed in customer-facing content or public logs. We retain operational records only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer support, audit, legal and security purposes, then delete or anonymise them where appropriate.
Your choices
An authorised Google user can review or revoke the application's access at any time from Google Account connections. To request access, correction or deletion of data controlled by Qianyun Capital, email qianyuncapital@gmail.com.
Google API Services compliance
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
